If you are the original end-user or purchaser of AXIS products and you are not satisfied with them for any reason, you may return them in their original condition within thirty (30) days of the original purchase. To begin the return process, follow the steps below:

All refunds will be processed within 2 - 7 business days from the time we receive your unit at our warehouse.

For all returns, customers must return all components in their original condition and packaging. The cost of any missing parts or components will be charged at the discretion of AXIS. Customers are responsible for any return shipping fees and a small restocking fee.

For international (non-U.S.) orders: Please note that any charges associated with shipping, customs & duties are non-refundable.  

Note: Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return. We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without getting approval from us first.

AXIS will cover the costs of shipping of the returned items as well as their replacements if the devices being returned (i) are physically damaged, and/or (ii) were sent in error.
