Returns & Refunds
We will exchange products if they are found to be either defective or damaged. In the circumstance where you consider that a product is either damaged or defective, you may return it in its original condition within thirty (30) days of receiving it, and we will exchange it.
For all returns, customers must return all components in their original condition and packaging. The cost of any missing parts or components will be charged at the discretion of AXIS. Customers are responsible for any return shipping fees and a small restocking fee.
Please contact us at email@example.com with details of the product and the damage/defect and we can assist you with the return shipping process. All refunds will be processed within thirty (30) days.
